Since April, we have had the opportunity to work closely with a team from Deloitte U.S. as part of their D2i (Deloitte to International) program, an initiative that provides pro bono consulting and specialized advisory services to organizations selected for their social impact and growth potential.
In August, as a culmination of this consulting work, we welcomed the Deloitte team to Buenos Aires to conduct a series of intensive workshops. In the previous months, we held virtual meetings that allowed us to identify key areas where we needed support. During the workshops, we discussed our strategies, shared our long-term goals, and explored actions to amplify our impact in the rural communities where we work.
The experience was extremely enriching, and we are convinced it will mark a turning point in every task we undertake.
In addition to the professional activities, we had the privilege of accompanying the Deloitte U.S. team to experience our country’s culture through visits and tours, allowing a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist.
We are thrilled about everything we have achieved together and the results this collaboration will enable us to develop. This milestone will undoubtedly be a turning point for our Foundation and for the communities of Santiago del Estero.
